Foley & Lardner LLP will host a Martindale-Hubbell Counsel to Counsel Best Practice Forum entitled Guiding Good Governance: Practical Approaches for Effective Board Management at the Harvard Club on May 1, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. Chaired by Deborah Stehr, Senior Vice President—Business Affairs and Licensing & Secretary, Iconix Brand Group, Inc., discussion topics will include:
