CLEVELAND - Kenneth A. Bravo, a partner with Ulmer & Berne LLP, was recently elected to the MenorahParkCenter for Senior Living's Board of Trustees.

In business litigation, his concentrations include broker-dealer defense, trade secrets/unfair competition, contract disputes and health care. His white-collar criminal defense background includes antitrust; fraud; SEC, NYSE and NASD investigations; income tax and health care. He also has 12 years of service with the U.S. Department of Justice, concentrating in the investigation and prosecution of organized crime and complex fraud cases. Mr. Bravo received his J.D., *** laude, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
