John E. Moye, prominent Colorado corporate attorney and LN author, receives several awards in 2009
John E. Moye, partner at Moye White, LLP (Denver, Colorado) and author of Colorado Business Organizations & Forms, 4th Edition (Matthew Bender, 2009), has had a very busy year and will probably need to extend a wall in his office to make room for all the awards and recognitions he received this year. Congratulations Mr. Moye on your many well-deserved awards and honours. In between working on the fourth edition of his book, Colorado Business Organizations & Forms (which was published in Autumn 2009), Mr. John E. Moye earned a People’s Choice citation in the Best M&A lawyer catergory of Law Week’s Barrister’s Best. Additionally, John was also recognized as Best Lawyers in America 2010 in the following categories: Banking Law; Corporate Governance and Compliance Law; Mergers & Acquisitions Law (listed for at least 10 years).
