Lee Ann Dillon Joins Reed Smith’s Financial Industry Group In NYC

(March 4, 2010, New York) - Reed Smith LLP today announced the addition of Lee Ann Dillon as a partner in its Financial Industry Group resident in the firm's New York City office, effective immediately.

Ms. Dillon was formerly a partner in the New York office of SNR Denton.  Prior to joining SNR Denton, she was a partner at McGuireWoods LLP.

Ms. Dillon represents arrangers, lenders and other credit providers, as well as financial sponsors and borrowers in senior credit facilities, including leveraged and investment grade, second lien, mezzanine and structured facilities.  Her background includes health care finance and international finance, extending to Islamic investment alternatives.  In addition, Ms. Dillon has represented numerous banks and their broker dealer affiliates in the capital markets area, and  has substantial experience in the structured financial products area and dealer/distribution arrangements.

Ms. Dillon received a J.D. degree from Temple University's Beasley School of Law and a B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  She is admitted to the Bar in New York, North Carolina and South Carolina
