Jury's findings that licensees breached terms of license agreements and misappropriated seismic data were supported and Fed. R. Civ. P. 50(b) motions were properly denied because trial evidence suggested that employees of licensee and subsidiaries readily shared seismic data without regard to limitations imposed by underlying license agreements.
