Kristin V. Gallagher, Member, Carroll, McNulty and Kull, LLC

Kristin V. Gallagher is a member of Carroll McNulty & Kull LLC and has been affiliated with the firm for twelve years. Kristin received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairfield University in 1992 and her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1995. Kristin has extensive experience in handling complex insurance coverage disputes and litigation in environmental, construction, directors' and officers' liability, general liability, products liability, property, reinsurance, and toxic tort matters. She also has significant general commercial litigation and appellate experience. She is admitted to the state and federal bars of New York and New Jersey, as well as the First, Second, Third, Fourth and Ninth Circuits.

Kristin was a member of the Moot Court Board at Seton Hall University School of Law. From 1995 to 1996, she served as Law Clerk to The Honorable Peter E. Doyne, P.J.S.C., Bergen County. She is also a member of the New Jersey State and New York State bar associations, Council on Litigation Management, and the National Association for Professional Women.

Richard M. Tarangelo, Jr., Claim Consulting Director, Nationwide Complex Claim Department of CNA

Richard M. Tarangelo, Jr. is a Claim Consulting Director for CNA insurance Company and has been with CNA since 2000. Richard received his Bachelor of Arts degree from St John's University in 1988. Richard has extensive experience in managing complex claim issues, ranging from claims involving New York State Labor Law, the Lanham Act, Class Action Law Suits, Multi District Litigations, as well as all Cyber Claims/Data Breach Claims for CNA. Richard is also the New York State Chair for the Council for Litigation Management and holds his CRIS, SCLA and LPCS designations.

Prior to joining CNA, Richard was Vice President of Claims for U.S. Agents Holding Corp., where he worked in conjunction with 128 private investors to establish, build and charter a non-standard Automobile Insurance Carrier based in New York. Richard has been involved in several extremely large settlements, ranging from $12.5M to $22M. He also stewarded the company's resources through the nation's largest data breach claim, which ultimately totaled in excess of $1,000,000,000.00. Richard has published several articles, most recently Technology, Risk and the IPAD Risk Management for New Exposures, and The Carlos Factor - Solar Risks in the New Age. Both articles were published in Claim Magazine.
