Webcast: Improving Diversity in the Legal Profession - A Law Firm's View
Internationally, it's long been known that black students
are less likely than their white counterparts to apply to work for commercial
law firms. It's also known that women lawyers are far less likely to become
partners at law firms than men.
But are these two problems inevitable, or can positive
actions taken by law firm rectify them? Today, we're speaking to Lorna Gavin,
whose job it is to tackle diversity challenges head on.
