Benjamin Glickman is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. He received his law degree magna *** laude from the Georgetown University Law Center and his A.B. degree from the University of California, Davis, where he was a Regents Scholar. Mr. Glickman's practice focuses on complex commercial and class action litigation, as well as labor and employment litigation, including securities and ERISA litigation, internal investigations, and employment disputes. Mr. Glickman is a contributing author of Securities Litigation: A Practitioner's Guide, Practicing Law Institute (2008-09). In addition, Mr. Glickman is a Co-Chair of the Federal Bar Association's Younger Lawyer Division for the Northern District of California.
