Clint A. Keller practices in Pillsbury's Corporate & Securities practice, with emphasis on investment funds and investment management. He advises offshore investment funds in relation to securities offerings, including drafting offering documents, administration and partnership agreements and investment management agreements. He also advises investment managers regarding their obligations under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, including compliance counseling. 

Mr. Keller's corporate work also includes representation of clients in international mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and securities law issues.

While living in Japan, Mr. Keller lectured for a course entitled "Law and Investment in Japan" at Waseda University.

Mr. Keller is admitted to practice in California and New York.
