Prior to joining the firm, he served as Senior Special Counsel in the Office of Chief Counsel of the SEC's Division of Investment Management and Assistant Chief of the Office of Regulatory Policy. Mr. Bagnall speaks frequently at conferences and was an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center. He has published numerous articles on securities issues. Mr. Bagnall is a graduate of Yale University and Harvard Law School.
