Thomas Fox has practiced law in Houston for 25 years. He is now an Independent Consultant, assisting companies with FCPA and International Transaction issues. He was most recently the General Counsel at Drilling Controls, Inc., a worldwide oilfield manufacturing and service company. In this role, he oversaw the delivery of legal services for Drilling Controls and its corporate parent, Aibel Group Ltd., on a worldwide basis, with current emphasis on FCPA compliance, export and commercial operations.
