Video: Smith On Underwriting A Cyber Risk Policy
Jennifer G. Smith, Esq., CIPP, of Lockton Companies LLC spoke during the "Social Media Maze: Liability in Behavioral Advertising and Social Media" session at the NetDiligence® 2nd Annual Cyber Risk & Privacy Liability Forum, hosted by HB Litigation Conferences in Philadelphia on June 9, 2011. Smith described some basic questions for brokers to ask when writing a company's cyber risk policy, as well as described how to approach the increasingly important topic of the social media policy.
