Rick Prendergast of Kroll Fraud Solutions spoke at the NetDiligence® 2nd Annual Cyber Risk & Privacy Liability Forum, hosted by HB Litigation Conferences in Philadelphia on June 9, 2011 and explained why many companies are re-thinking their data breach preparedness. He also described the forensics process once a breach has occurred.
