2nd Circuit Won't Review Attorney Sanction Until Entire Fosamax Case Ends

NEW YORK - A Second Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel on Jan. 23 said it lacks jurisdiction over an appeal of a $ 2,500 sanctions order against a Fosamax plaintiff's attorney because the underlying case is stayed (Gary J.
