PHOENIX A federal judge in Arizona on Feb. 9 denied Wells Fargo Bank NA's motion to dismiss a suit arising from junior and senior liens related to a foreclosure sale of a home (Gerber, et al. v. Wells Fargo Bank NA, et al., No. 11-01083, D. Ariz.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 15860).
