Federal Judge Dismisses Broker's Contract Claims Against Insurer

HOUSTON A federal judge in Texas on Feb. 9 dismissed breach of contract and breach of contract for violation of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing claims filed by an insurance broker against an insurance company (North Cypress Medical Center Operating Co.
