Asbestos MDL Judge: Work At Facility Doesn't Establish Exposure

PHILADELPHIA Plaintiffs present evidence that they worked at a facility where a defendant's asbestos-containing product was installed and that some plaintiffs traveled to various areas of the facilities, but none successfully alleges actual exposure to asbestos for which the defendant could be held liable, the judge overseeing the asbestos multidistrict litigation held Feb. 14 (Various plaintiffs v.
