Customer Service Reps Alleging Unpaid, Untimely Wages Granted Class Certification

NORFOLK, Va. A Virginia federal judge on Feb. 13 conditionally certified a class of employees suing their employer for allegedly failing to pay for work performed before and after the employees' shifts and for failing to pay employees in a timely manner (Anewbis Hargrove, et al. v.
