Wisconsin Federal Judge Certifies Retiree Class For ERISA Action

MADISON, Wis. A Wisconsin federal judge on Feb. 15 certified a class of 311 Kraft Foods Global Inc. retirees for a complaint alleging that the company violated federal labor laws when it made changes to retiree health care plans (Richard Bauer, et al. v. Kraft Foods Global, Inc., No. 11-15, W.D. Wis.; 2001 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 26581).
