Supreme Court Expands Arguments In Health Care Act Case; Allocates Argument Time

WASHINGTON, D.C. In orders released Feb. 21, the U.S. Supreme Court agreed without comment to expand the time allotted for oral argument on the Anti-Injunction Act (AIA) issue in the challenges to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) and allocated the time at oral argument among the various parties on the different issues (National Federation of Independent Business v. Kathleen Sebelius, et al., No. 11-393; Department of Health and Human Services, et al. v. State of Florida, et al., No. 11-398; State of Florida, et al. v.
