Judge Finds Adjuster Improperly Joined, Denies Remand Motion

HOUSTON - The plaintiff in a workers' compensation benefits lawsuit failed to allege any plausible claims against her insurer's claims adjuster, a Texas federal judge ruled Feb. 24, finding the adjuster improperly joined and denying the plaintiff's motion to remand the case to state court (Faith N.
