Saab Asks Bankruptcy Court To Appoint Consultant As Chief Restructuring Officer

WILMINGTON, Del.- Bankrupt Saab Cars North America Inc. (SCNA) on Feb. 28 filed a motion in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware seeking the appointment of, as its chief restructuring officer, the consultant who was overseeing the out-of-court winding down of Saab's business (In Re: Saab Cars North America Inc., No. 12-10344, Chapter 11, D.
