Loan Servicers Awarded Summary Judgment By Judge In Suit Over Property Taxes

WASHINGTON, D.C. - A plaintiff was unable to provide evidence in support of her claims that her loan servicers breached the terms of her deed of trust by untimely paying her property taxes, a federal judge in the District of Columbia ruled Feb. 28 in awarding summary judgment to the defendants (Martha A.
