Pa. Top Court Declines Case Involving Liability Where Various Exposures Occurred

HARRISBURG, Pa. - The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Feb. 29 denied a petition seeking review of a lower court ruling holding that evidence of exposure to various asbestos-containing products involved questions of liability and did not warrant granting a manufacturer summary judgment (Patricia Linster, et al. v.
