NEW ORLEANS - An insured woman's class suit accusing her insurance provider of improperly reimbursing her and others was barred by res judicata and collateral estoppel, the Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Nov. 28 (Audry Hunter, et al. v. Transamerica Life Insurance Company, No. 11-20735, 5th Cir.; 2012 U.S. App. LEXIS 24440).Full story on lexis.com
