WASHINGTON, D.C. - A District of Columbia federal judge on Dec. 11 dismissed a putative class complaint brought by Hispanic farmers who claim that they were discriminated against by being offered less favorable settlement terms than similarly situated black and Native American farmers (David Cantu, et al. v.
