Federal Judge Dismisses Claims Against Maker Of Allegedly Defective Windows

COLUMBUS, Ohio - An Ohio federal judge on Dec. 20 dismissed the majority of claims against two window manufacturers and sellers by a consumer who claims that the windows caused mold growth in her home, but the judge refused to strike her class allegations (Kim Allen v.
