WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Plaintiffs seeking to represent a putative class of thousands of residents of The Acreage residential development in Florida failed in the second amended complaint to state a claim, and a defense motion to dismiss filed in June was granted with prejudice Nov. 13 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida (Joseph Adinolfe, et al. v.
