2nd Circuit Enforces NLRB Ruling That Employer Must Bargain Policy Change

NEW YORK - A New York utility company violated the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) when it stopped allowing its union members to take company vehicles home at night without first bargaining the change, the Second Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Jan. 17 (Local Union 36, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, AFL-CIO, et al. v.
