NEW ORLEANS - The Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Jan. 17 affirmed a lower federal court's ruling that a commercial general liability insurer has no duty to defend or indemnify its oil and gas company insured against underlying allegations of misrepresentation of operatorship, negligent operation of wells, conversion and fraudulent transfer of property (Jamestown Insurance Company RRG v.
