NEW YORK - A group of former executives of bankrupt MF Global Holdings Inc. (MFGH) on Jan. 16 filed a brief in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York arguing that the class action that was filed against them alleging violations of the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA) in connection with MFGH's bankruptcy should be dismissed (Joseph DeAngelis v.
