Hewlett-Packard Faces Class Suit Seeking Overtime

SAN JOSE, Calif. - A California man filed a class complaint Jan. 10 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California accusing his former employer, Hewlett-Packard Co., of denying him and other technical support workers overtime wages (Eric Benedict, et al. v. Hewlett-Packard Company, No. 13-119, N.D. Calif.).
