SACRAMENTO, Calif. - A company has not shown that consumers are likely to be deceived by a call center software provider who allegedly inserted a forum selection clause into a contract and damaged software to rack up fees, a federal judge held Jan. 16 in dismissing California unfair competition law (UCL) claims with prejudice (Mohit Randhawa, aka Harpal Singh and Shannon Callnet PVT Ltd v.
