Magistrate Judge Finds Inadvertent Disclosure Did Not Waive Privilege

KANSAS CITY, Kan. - A federal magistrate judge in Kansas on Jan. 3 held that the inadvertent disclosure of an email between a company's former chief financial officer and an outside attorney did not result in a waiver of privilege because a protective order entered in the case allowed the privilege to remain intact (Eric C.
