TACOMA, Wash. - The Washington Court of Appeals on Jan. 16 upheld summary judgment for the defendants in a workplace accident case, agreeing that the plaintiff was not acting under the course of her employment at the time of her alleged injury (Leigh Ann Shoffner v.
