Illinois Federal Judge: Plaintiffs Sued Wrong Party In Denial Of Benefits Case

CHICAGO - An Illinois federal judge on Jan. 17 granted summary judgment in favor of a claims administrator in a wrongful denial of health care benefits case, saying the plaintiffs sued the wrong party (American Service and Product Inc., et al. v.
