Insurance Agents Denied Class Certification In Suit Seeking Overtime

NEWARK, N.J. - A New Jersey federal judge on Jan. 18 denied class certification in a wage-and-hour complaint filed by insurance agents in 11 different states, finding numerous obstacles including the need for individualized inquiry (Jeffrey Bouder, et al. v.
