Ohio Federal Judge Partially Certifies Wage-And-Hour Class

CINCINNATI - An Ohio federal judge on Jan. 18 granted in part a motion for class certification in a suit accusing an Ohio company of misclassifying a group of employees as exempt from overtime wages (Robert Hendricks, et al. v.
