7th Circuit Affirms: Singer Granted Permission To Record Performance

CHICAGO - A Wisconsin federal judge properly granted summary judgment on behalf of a copyright infringement defendant because the plaintiff granted permission for her performance to be recorded, the Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Jan. 28 (Catherine Conrad v.
