9th Circuit Panel Rules Blind Man Failed To Prove Premises Liability Claims

SAN FRANCISCO - The Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Jan. 28 affirmed summary judgment for the defendants in a premises liability action, agreeing that a blind man failed to show that a dangerous condition existed on a public sidewalk and caused him to fall and injure himself (Charles Blackwell v. City and County of San Francisco, et al., No. 10-16907, 9th Cir.; 2013 U.S. App. LEXIS 1891). Full story on lexis.com
