California Appeals Panel Rules Claims Against Condo Developer Must Be Arbitrated

SAN DIEGO - The Fourth District California Court of Appeal on Jan. 25 agreed that a construction defects case must be arbitrated based on provisions in the condominium's covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs) (Verano Condominium Homeowners Association v.
