California Court Affirms Ruling In Favor Of Sellers Of Allegedly Moldy Townhouse

LOS ANGELES - A California appeals court on Jan. 25 affirmed a decision that found in favor of the sellers of a townhouse, finding that the purchasers, who alleged that the building contained mold, raised issues that related to an earlier ruling, which they never opposed (Andrew and Simone Concoff v.
