Claims Relating To Refusal To License Patents Fail, California Federal Judge Rules

OAKLAND, Calif. - A federal judge in California on Jan. 24 dismissed without prejudice an alleged patent troll's antitrust claims alleging that manufacturers of devices that use the Android operating system and an anti-troll company engaged in a group boycott of the plaintiffs' technology licenses (Cascades Computer Innovation LLC v.
