OKLAHOMA CITY - The clear and unambiguous terms "gynecology" and "obstetrics" in a physicians professional liability insurance policy do not provide coverage for an underlying claim that a doctor's negligence caused a baby to suffer severe brain damage during the birth process, an Oklahoma federal judge ruled Jan. 28 (Admiral Insurance Company v.
