6th Circuit Panel Affirms Gas Permit Appeal Barred, Remands Contract Claims

CINCINNATI - A unanimous Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel issued an opinion Jan. 31 affirming dismissal of claims filed by Ohio property owners against the Federal Energy Commission (FERC) for granting a natural gas storage permit but remanded breach of contract claims against the gas company (Charles R.
