Delaware Judge Stays Patent Action Pending Re-Examination

WILMINGTON, Del. - A Delaware federal judge agreed Jan. 31 to stay a dispute over a biofuel patent while the invention is re-examined by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) (Neste Oil Oyj v. Dynamic Fuels LLC, No. 12-662, D. Del.).
