WASHINGTON, D.C. - DuPont on Jan. 11 moved in the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation for the transfer and consolidation of personal injury and wrongful death suits arising from the alleged consumption of water contaminated with fugitive perfluorooctanoic acid from a DuPont refinery in Parkersburg, W.Va.
