LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - An Arkansas state court judge on Jan. 31 ordered Johnson & Johnson to pay $181.1 million to a law firm that last year got the state government a record $1.2 billion verdict for alleged violations of state law in the marketing of the atypical antipsychotic drug Risperdal (State of Arkansas, ex rel. v.
