Judge: Insured Failed To Comply With SFIP Provisions In Gustav Suit

NEW ORLEANS - A Louisiana federal judge on Jan. 31 found that an insured's failure to comply with the provisions of a federal flood insurance policy bars it from prevailing in its suit seeking coverage for Hurricane Gustav damage (Fowl Inc. v.
