SAN DIEGO - A San Diego woman filed a class complaint Jan. 21 seeking to stop Nestle USA Inc. and California Pizza Kitchen Inc. (CPK) from continuing to manufacture and sell frozen pizzas that contain artificial trans fat and seeking restitution for herself and other proposed class members (Katie Simpson, et al. v.
